Tilghman, president of the University, emeritus, and professor of molecular biology and public affairs, has been named a 2019 fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS).New fellows will be honored Feb. 15 during the 2020 AAAS Annual Meeting in Seattle, and in the AAAS News & Notes section of the Nov. 28 issue of Science. Tilghman is recognized in biological sciences for distinguished contributions to the field of developmental biology, as well as outstanding leadership as president of Princeton University.
