When you Arrive

Several administrative matters should be taken care of immediately upon arriving at Princeton.

Meet with Molecular Biology Personnel

Schedule an appointment with Jen Webb, Administrative Assistant, Personnel ( This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (609-258-2352). You will receive your New Hire and Benefits package at this meeting.

I-9 Form

You must complete an Employee Eligibility Form (I-9) within 72 hours of your start date. All postdocs, U.S. and Non-U.S. Citizens should bring the appropriate original documents that establish identity and authorization to work to the Office of Human Resources, 2 New South. While there, you will complete the employment verification process and your I-9 form. ID Card and Parking

While you are at the New South Building, you should visit the Parking Office on the A level to obtain your free parking permit and the TigerCard Office on the 3rd floor to obtain your University ID card. Your TigerCard can be used at the library, at various dining facilities, for campus events and to gain access to the Molecular Biology buildings. TigerCards with more restricted use for family members/domestic partners are also available. Please visit the Parking Office for more information about parking on campus.
