Moorman Wins ACS Fellowship

Nathaniel J. Moorman, a postdoctoral fellow in Shenk's lab, was awarded the American Cancer Society fellowship for his research proposal entitled "Analysis of pUL38 Function During Human Cytomegalovirus Infection". The fellowship starts January 1, 2007.
ACS Postdoctoral Fellowships support the training of researchers who have just received their doctorate to enable them to quality for an independent career in cancer research, including basic, preclinical, clinical, psychosocial, behavioral, and epidemiologic research.. Awards are made for one to three years with progressive stipends.
